It's officially late summer with September literally 3 days away. The weather seems to be cooling down, and the fresh breezes are lovely during the day. Where does the time go???? Every season before I transition my wardrobe to fit the weather I love to organize my closest and get rid of things I no longer need, want, or could possibly sell. It's such a good feeling to minimalize and try not to have too many attachments to material things. It's so freeing yet makes space for things you actually love to wear! With that said, BELOW I wanted to give you my 3 tips for the beginning stages of organizing your closest before transitioning each season!
My 3 Tips for Organizing your Wardrobe!
Color Code your entire closest! It's so easy at this point to be able to see what you actually have and from there- being able to remove what you aren't wearing by color
If you're second guessing something you haven't worn in two years, Let it Go!
Try it on to make sure it still fits you
(In a later blog post I will share my closest & my step by step guide on what I do as far as organizing, getting rid of things, transitioning to the fall season, and where I personally like to sell things I no longer want!)
I hope you've enjoyed those tips and keep your closest fresh! Be sure to subscribe ~XO
