Daydreaming of Paris at Ladurée in NYC
Since moving by the city, my list of many restaurants to try keeps growing. One of my top places to try was Ladurée in Soho. Ladurée is a French luxury bakery founded in Paris, 1862. This restaurant is best known for their sweets, coffee, and especially the double-decker macaroons. This past Sunday my cousin & I decided to have lunch there to catch up, which by the way was the best decision ever! Ladurée Soho has three areas inside; including the garden outdoor area, the boutique area where my cousin and I sat, and the tea salon. It’s absolutely gorgeous inside with navy velvet chairs, dim lighting, and gorgeous art.
Lunch was delightful, pictured below I had the Club Ladurée —which was organic chicken, hard-boiled Egg, tomatoes, lettuce and crispy bacon served with Ladurée Pommes Frites and Mesclun Salad, while my cousin had the vegetarian burgers. So good!
